You could find yourself trying to communicate in the lingua franca as soon as you become a member of this lanuguage enhancement club. This club is prestigious for everybody who wants to get motivated in the linguistic activities. Age does NOT count. NEITHER does his or her current status of knowledge. Grammar is just a tool to fasten and uphold your statement. It CAN'T be an object itself. Korean English education consists of 80 % grammar related field, in which mathematical factionary matching makes both teachers and learners feel hypnotized that they've achieved something academically during the class. It is totally NONSENSE. Once they are FREE of the grammar bondage, they could devote thier time to sharpening the required fluency by mastery of vocabulary.

Readers Lead the World
No doubt reading is the BEST tool to expand information and knowledge. Every language is commensurate to how much the learner is exposed to the circumstances in which they are displayed.

Vocab on the Mill
Words are of utmost importance. They are the ideal media by which the thoughts and ideas of the owner are delivered in an effective way. Words are to be acquired on the basis of repetition. It is different from the conventional wisdom that they are remembered by tote. They should be flown and carried to the lobes which control the proper arrangement and distribution onto the tip of the tongue, just as the water constantly flows up and down on the mill. And which is more effective when it comes to keeping them in the brain region for longest possible, by spelling mastery or cursory look at the meaning of the word. The former is recommended.
